Vendor Verification and KYC Policy

How Quick Sales Hub verifies users, vendors, and delivery drivers.

Profile verification

Buyers and sellers receive a visible verification badge only after completing their public profile: name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, state/location, and profile image.

The profile badge confirms that required profile fields have been completed. It does not guarantee product quality, item ownership, or that a transaction is risk-free.

Vendor checks

Before listings become public, admins review submitted ads for prohibited goods, suspicious pricing, incomplete descriptions, unsafe photos, duplicate content, and misleading seller claims.

For higher-risk sellers or categories, Quick Sales Hub may request additional KYC information such as government ID, business registration, proof of address, inventory evidence, or proof of ownership before allowing continued selling.

Driver verification

Drivers must submit full legal name, phone number, residential address, vehicle type, plate number, driver license image, selfie with ID, and optional vehicle insurance. Driver access remains locked until admin approval.

Approved drivers receive delivery access. Rejected drivers must update and resubmit documents before accepting delivery jobs.

Ongoing monitoring

We monitor user reports, order disputes, delivery outcomes, review history, suspicious listing patterns, and admin findings. Verified badges may be removed if a user provides false information or violates marketplace rules.
