Shipping and Delivery Policy

How pickup, doorstep delivery, and third-party delivery jobs work.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Fulfilment model

Quick Sales Hub is not a fulfilment centre and does not store vendor inventory. Products are held by third-party sellers and are either picked up by buyers or shipped/delivered directly by sellers or verified independent drivers.

The seller is responsible for accurately describing the item, confirming availability, preparing the item for pickup, and providing a valid pickup address.

Delivery requests

A buyer may request driver delivery from an order. The request includes pickup address, dropoff address, item/order details, and an optional delivery offer or bid amount.

Verified drivers may accept available delivery jobs. Delivery status can move through PENDING, ACCEPTED, PICKED_UP, IN_TRANSIT, DELIVERED, or CANCELLED.

Risk and responsibility

Sellers, buyers, and drivers must communicate clearly before pickup. Drivers should inspect package handover only to the extent allowed by the seller and buyer and must not tamper with sealed goods.

If delivery cannot be completed, the driver, buyer, or seller should contact support and the order may be cancelled, rescheduled, or moved into dispute review.
