Payment Flow and Funds Handling Policy

Answers to Paystack's questions about direct vendor payments, funds handling, wallets, and fulfilment.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Do funds go to vendors directly?

Yes. For each in-app payment, Quick Sales Hub initializes a Paystack transaction with the relevant seller's Paystack subaccount. Paystack processes the buyer's payment and routes and settles seller proceeds directly under Paystack's controls.

Quick Sales Hub records the provider reference and payment status for the order but does not receive seller proceeds. For offline transactions arranged outside in-app payment, Quick Sales Hub does not process funds.

Are funds held or managed by Quick Sales Hub?

No. Quick Sales Hub does not collect, hold, manage, pool, or disburse third-party funds and does not operate escrow. Paystack controls payment processing, routing, settlement, refunds, and reversals under its applicable procedures.

Do users have wallets or balances?

No. Quick Sales Hub does not offer user wallets, stored balances, peer-to-peer balance transfers, or vendor-to-vendor transfers. Payment records are tied to specific orders and are not reusable wallet balances.

Is Quick Sales Hub a fulfilment centre?

No. Quick Sales Hub is not a fulfilment centre and does not store goods. Products are shipped, handed over, or delivered directly by third-party sellers and verified independent drivers.
