Direct Payment Routing Policy

How Paystack processes each payment and routes seller proceeds without Quick Sales Hub taking custody of funds.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Paystack payment flow

When a buyer chooses in-app payment, Quick Sales Hub initializes a Paystack transaction for the specific order and identifies the seller's Paystack subaccount as the payment destination.

Paystack processes the buyer's payment and controls routing and settlement of seller proceeds. Quick Sales Hub verifies the transaction result and records only the order reference, amount, provider, and payment status.

No custody or escrow

Quick Sales Hub does not receive, collect, pool, hold, manage, or disburse seller funds. The platform does not operate escrow and cannot delay or release seller settlement based on delivery status.

Quick Sales Hub does not provide user wallets or stored balances. Users cannot transfer balances to another vendor or user.

Seller settlement

Paystack settles seller proceeds to the seller's registered settlement account according to Paystack's applicable settlement schedule and controls. Quick Sales Hub does not initiate a separate seller payout.

Any supported platform charge is calculated within the Paystack transaction. It does not pass seller proceeds through a Quick Sales Hub bank account or wallet.

Fees and records

Quick Sales Hub retains payment references, order status, delivery status, and admin actions for customer support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and compliance review. These records are not stored monetary value.
