Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for safe, lawful buying and selling on Quick Sales Hub.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Marketplace purpose

Quick Sales Hub is a peer-to-peer marketplace for lawful products and services in Nigeria. Users may browse listings, post ads, chat, reserve items, request delivery, and complete approved payments through supported payment providers.

All users must provide accurate account and listing information, respect other users, and comply with Nigerian law and applicable payment-network rules.

Prohibited listings and activity

Users may not list illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, weapons, regulated drugs, adult sexual services, human trafficking content, hate or violent content, fraudulent investments, pyramid schemes, fake documents, or any item that violates Paystack, card-network, or local legal requirements.

Users may not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership, collect off-platform advance fees for unavailable goods, spam buyers, scrape user data, abuse ratings, or use the platform to launder money or hide the origin of funds.

Listing review

New ads are created with PENDING status and are not visible to the public marketplace until an admin reviews and approves them. Admins may approve, reject, expire, or remove listings that violate this policy or appear unsafe.

Quick Sales Hub may request supporting information from sellers before approving high-risk listings, including proof of ownership, clearer photos, contact details, or business documents.

Enforcement

We may remove listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, reverse marketplace privileges, preserve records, and report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities or payment partners.

Repeated policy violations may lead to permanent removal from Quick Sales Hub.
