Marketplace role
Quick Sales Hub provides marketplace tools for users to create accounts, post listings, browse items, chat, request delivery, and complete supported payments.
Quick Sales Hub is not the seller of third-party goods, does not own seller inventory, and is not a fulfilment centre.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, respect other users, and avoid prohibited listings or fraudulent activity.
Sellers are responsible for item ownership, condition, description accuracy, pricing, category selection, availability, and lawful sale.
Payments
Supported in-app payments are processed by Paystack. Quick Sales Hub records order and payment status but does not operate escrow, hold seller funds, or provide user wallets.
Refunds, reversals, and settlement timing depend on Paystack, banks, card networks, and applicable payment rules.
Enforcement
We may review, reject, remove, or restrict listings and accounts that appear unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our public policies.
