How to request deletion
Email support@quicksalehub.com from the email address registered to your Quick Sales Hub account. Use the subject line: Delete my Quick Sales Hub account.
Include your account email, display name, phone or WhatsApp number, and a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize profile information that is no longer required to operate the marketplace or comply with legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment-provider, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Listings, chats, orders, payment references, delivery records, reviews, admin decisions, and support records may be retained where necessary for safety, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless we need more time for security, fraud, dispute, legal, or compliance reasons.
